This privacy policy only applies to the engraving event titled “Stories-for-Space”. The data to be collected is via Google Form.

Comments to be engraved
When the comment to be engraved is submitted via Google Form, we retain the comment in our database for selection near the end of the engraving event.
Name
We collect the names together with the comment in order to properly address the winners of the engraving event, as well as potentially engrave their names on the satellite as well. Your name is required only for the sole purpose of contact and information, unless explicitly stated or agreed to otherwise in the form.
We collect emails together with the comment to be engraved in order to have a form of contact for the winners. Your email is required only for the sole purpose of contact and information, unless explicitly stated or agreed to otherwise in the form. In the event that the participant agrees to receiving marketing emails as indicated on the form submitted, the email will be used to receive future updates.
Proof of Residence
For the winners of the engraving event, a document proving that they reside in Singapore is necessary. Your document will not be used for any other purposes, and the copy stored in our database will be immediately deleted after verification. In no shape and form will your proof of residence reside in our database after the engraving event is over.
Who we share your data with
We do not share your data with external parties for any purpose. Data collected is to be used only internally.
How long we retain your data
We retain all names, emails, comments and proof of residence till the end of the engraving event. Following which, if the user has indicated on the form that marketing updates are to be sent to the email, only the email and name will be retained in our database
What rights you have over your data
If you wish for your email, name or proof of residence to be retracted from our database for any reason after submission, please send an message to info@nuspace.sg. In the message, please include your name and email used to submit said information.
Where we send your data
Your data is collected via Google Forms, hence your data may pass through their services.
